The Head Baker

Alicia Fernandez is our head baker here at Sweet Roots Cakery and she is the artist and visionary behind all of the work. Alicia is a self taught baker has been creating cakes and other desserts for over 10 years. She is a true artist at heart and loves to design so many pieces of edible art that her clients adore as much as she does!
